The androgynous image is an idea often overlooked by the mainstream, as it seams outrageous

and strange. Embracing this idea STRAKER caters for those often overlooked, the androgynous

male. This studio creates pieces to be worn not only in clubs but also on the streets.

Started in 2000 from a need to change Male fashion, STRAKER has been a love, a want, and a

drive for me, to create unusual garments for men. I draw a lot of my inspiration from the

Orient, mostly focusing on the clean lines created in the traditional garments.

I thank my father for being the source of my need to change the preconceived male image,

and my husband for being my dress horse, to experiment on.
